• Once an order and its payment are fully received (only if the mode of payment is not “Cash on Delivery”), we pack items for shipping/Delivery. This is done with special care, so that they reach you in perfect condition. You are requested to fill your shipping/Delivery address correctly while placing your orders and it is always advisable to provide a valid telephone number. It will help us to reach you in case of bad Address problem or any other delivery related problems. 
• The Shipping/Delivery Address is where a customer wishes to receive his order. It could be his home, office or any valid address.
• Once a customer places an order, his shipping/Delivery address is stored in system which can be modified if customer wishes to send deliveries to any other address. 
• Please Note that Total Delivery Time is = Payment Realization Time + Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time.
• The London (within M25) shipping is divided into 8 Zones. Each Zone has a different Delivery Rates/charges, email us at e-mail: info@wish1online.com to find out which Zone a particular Area falls into. In case your Area is not listed in any of the zone, contact us and we will try our best to help you.
• Delivery runs 7 days a week.

Domestic Shipping/Delivery within UK

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver consignments across UK depending on the location and conditions. Please ask store for more details.
